Stuart Holcombe is President and founder of Corporate Real Estate Advisors / ITRA Atlanta,
the Atlanta affiliate member of ITRA Realty Group. Stuart has devoted his career to
exclusively representing the real estate interest of commercial office tenants. He has
conducted real estate transactions in excess of $200 million.
Since 1986, Stuart has concluded transactions for Pinkerton International, Georgia Tech,
Allied-Barton Protection Services, Liberty Medical, PolyMedica Corporation, The Associates
of North America, Ford Corporation, Stibo Communications (Demark), KIRK Telecom (Demark),
Holger-Christiansen Corp. (Germany), US HealthWorks, Inc., Keller Williams Realty, Demark
Trade Commission, Thompson Technology, Georgia Reproductive Specialist, Countrywide Credit
Industries, A-Dale North America (Denmark), KIRK Telecom (Denmark) and Draper Associates.
Stuart credits his success to careful listening and understanding his client’s goals and

Stuart has exclusively represented commercial office tenants for over 18 years and is a
partner with ITRA Realty Group, formerly known as the International Tenant Representation
Alliance. ITRA is the largest organization devoted to exclusive tenant / buyer representation.
With its service across North America, Latin America, Europe, Australia and Asia, ITRA is
active in more than 50 US and overseas markets, providing ITRA clients with principal-level
representation for their multi-regional real estate needs.
Before opening Corporate Real Estate Advisors, Stuart was Vice-President of Portman-Barry
Investments (PBI) a subsidiary of the Portman Companies, a commercial real estate brokerage
and development firm which developed more than 10 million square feet of office space in
Atlanta, San Francisco and Shanghai. Prior to PBI, Stuart worked with Combined America
Properties (CAP) in Dallas, TX as Project Manager where his experience included 8 shopping
centers, 4 apartment complexes and office buildings.
Stuart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Finance and Real Estate from Louisiana
State University. He is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Danish
American Chamber of Commerce. He has also earned the designation of Certified Commercial
Investment Member from the CCIM Real Estate Institute in Chicago.
Stuart is married to Claire, his wife of 15 years.
