Stuart Holcombe has over twenty years working in corporate real estate and is president and CEO of Corporate Real Estate Advisors (CREA), an international commercial real estate firm based in the Atlanta, Georgia. CREA provides transactional representation, brokerage and consulting services for corporate tenants and buyers of commercial properties in Atlanta and its suburbs in addition to representing clients on an international basis. Mr. Holcombe founded the firm in 1990 following a nearly 10-year career as an executive with regional and international commercial real estate organizations. He represents clients ranging from private investors and entrepreneurial firms to Fortune 500 companies in their commercial real estate matters.
Mr. Holcombe’s previous positions included tenures as Leasing and Construction Director of Combined America Development in Dallas, Texas, and Vice President for Portman Barry Investments in Atlanta, Georgia, culminating with the founding of his firm. He holds real estate broker licenses in the Georgia and has earned the CCIM industry designation, which is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Prior to PBI, Stuart was Vice President of Combined America Properties (CAP) in Dallas, TX where his experience included development of shopping centers, apartment complexes and office buildings.
Mr. Holcombe is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Association of Realtors, the Danish American Chamber of Commerce, the Buckhead Club, and a charter member of the Atlanta-Peachtree Rotary. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from LSU and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the CCIM Institute in Chicago. Mr. Holcombe currently serves on the ITRA Board of Directors. Mr. Holcombe has been married 19 years.
